Ethics & Confidentiality.

Trust is so important to me, so I want there to be reciprocal trust between myself and my clients. I want them to feel comfortable knowing that I will keep their info, what we talk about and what work we do in their home completely confidential.

Before starting a project, my client and I both sign an organizing contract that lays out expectations and how the process works, and this contract can be customized to my client’s personalized needs. This contract includes a section about confidentiality, and a photo release agreement for website or social media purposes. No photos are taken and/or used without my client’s permission.

I adhere to a strict Code of Conduct and Ethics put forward by Professional Organizers in Canada (POC), of which I am a member in good standing and through which I have reached my silver leaf status. I have volunteered with my local chapter on various positions, and I currently serve on the National Board in the Marketing and Communications role. For information about POC, find it here.
